Internship & Volunteering Opportunities
COODU offers internship and volunteering programs for students and professionals looking to contribute to social change. If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in community development, apply for our internship programs.
Standard Guidelines for Applicants
1. Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in or have completed a degree program in a relevant field such as Social Work, Rural Development, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
2. Application Process: Submit a completed application form along with a resume and a statement of purpose (max. 500 words) outlining your interest in volunteering or interning with COODU.
3. Selection Criteria: Applications will be reviewed based on qualifications, relevant experience, and motivation to work with marginalized communities.
4. Commitment: Interns and volunteers are expected to commit a minimum of 4 weeks and adhere to COODU’s work schedule.
5. Code of Conduct: All interns and volunteers must adhere to COODU’s policies on ethics, confidentiality, and respectful engagement with communities.
6. Reporting & Supervision: Interns will report to an assigned mentor or project coordinator and submit progress reports as required.
7. Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate acknowledging their contribution.
