Mr. Gladstone Samuel (Global Sales Partner , Happy Place to Work®)  formally conducted an internal audit using a comprehensive checklist on 19th March 25 at their office’s premises. The executive team participated and responded to the questionnaire . The required supporting evidence was shared during this discussion. Gladstone prepared a detailed business case and submitted  the report to Happy Place to Work on the 19th March’25. The relevant supplementary documentation was shared for review.

Professor Dr.Türker Baş Ph.D (Managing Partner ,Happy Place to Work® )after verifying the documentation agreed to issue the certification to COODU. The certification was formally handover to the executive team on the 15th August 25. This day coincided with their  COODU’ Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) and India’s Independence  Day as well. 

I sincerely thank Mr. Gladstone for taking the initiative to coordinate and conduct the audit, and for obtaining the Happy Place to Work certificate for COODU. I am grateful for his efforts and for the full cooperation of our team during the certification process.

I also thank the Happy Place to Work management team for issuing this certificate to COODU. I believe this recognition will strengthen our team bonding, improve our productivity, and promote the well-being of everyone in COODU.
